1. Free Trial
All new users receive a free trial with 50 notes and 14 days access — no credit card required. We encourage you to fully evaluate ScribeAI during your free trial before subscribing.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You are a first-time paid subscriber.
- You request a refund within 7 days of your first payment.
- You have used fewer than 20 notes on the paid plan.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Renewal charges after the first billing cycle.
- Accounts that have used more than 20 notes on the paid plan.
- Requests made after 7 days from the payment date.
- Downgrades from a higher plan to a lower plan.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated note quality that is within normal AI limitations.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@scribeai.in with subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Email]"
- Include your registered email address and reason for refund.
- We will process your request within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
5. Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period.
- You retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
6. Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using ScribeAI (such as the service being unavailable for more than 24 hours), please contact us. We will evaluate these on a case-by-case basis and may offer a credit or partial refund.
